Many of our patients fly in for surgery because south Florida is the perfect place to getaway and have a relaxing recovery. We can help make suggestions on places to stay and help to arrange nursing care if desired. Patients will undergo a virtual consultation with Dr. Frederick to determine if they are a good candidate for surgery and discuss what you are looking to achieve.
After selecting to proceed you will need to undergo a pre-operative laboratory evaluation and obtain pre-operative clearance from your primary care physician. We typically recommend that patients stay locally for at least one week to assure proper post-operative care.
